The Spam Phone Numbers settings page lets you flag known spam callers. Once a number is added to the spam list, your AI will automatically mark as excused.
How to mark a number as a spam:
Option 1: From the Settings page
1. In the Broccoli dashboard, click the Settings dropdown.
2. Select Manage Spam List.
3. Click Add Number.
4. Enter the phone number.
5. Click Add to Spam List to save.
Option 2: From the Call History page
1. Go to Calls page.
2. Find the call you want to mark as spam and select its row.
3. A side panel will open with a Customer Details section.
4. Select the flag icon next to the phone number.
Spam numbers will be listed on the Manage Spam List settings page. You can remove a number at any time by clicking the red trash can icon.
