In this article we will learn how to navigate your Broccoli settings.


Your Account

In this section you will need to verify your business information. Complete the form to start the verification process!

Verified Caller ID's

Here you can set your caller ID to show up as an existing number that you already own when making outbound calls. This is sometimes known as number masking.

Scheduling

Here, you can configure your schedule settings and availability, set up ADP rules, and troubleshoot appointments with the appointment simulator. The configurations you put in place here will determine how and when your AI agent is able to offer job bookings for regular and emergency appointments.

On-Call Scheduler

In this section you can configure your on-call schedule for emergency job bookings. This will determine who is notified for emergencies, as well as how they are notified.

Notifications

Here you can customize how you would like to be notified, as well as who you would like to receive notifications for any Broccoli communications regarding bookings, calls, emergencies, etc.

Service Area

Here you can customize the service area you would like to allow jobs to be booked within.

Manage Spam List

Here you can block any numbers you have identified as spam.

Simply click the '+ Add Number' button in the top right to add a number to your blocked list. Click on the red trash can icon next to the number to remove it.


Custom Instructions

Here you can configure additional custom instructions for how you would like your AI agent to tag specific jobs, classify calls, customize how calls show up in ServiceTitan, correctly identify leads, and finally customize how your booking summary is generated when an appointment is scheduled.
