Broccoli chat is an add-on feature that allows your website visitors to communicate with your inbound AI CSR Agent through chat instead of via phone. This allows them to book jobs, ask questions, request emergencies just like they would with your regular inbound agent.

Because Broccoli chat pulls all the same configurations used by your inbound AI CSR Agent, there is not much configuration needed other than adding the embed link to your website!


History

Here you will have a history of your previous chats, similar to the call history in the calls section of your Broccoli dashboard.

Just like with calls you can easily filter by status, date range, tags, and click into the chat for additional details.


Setup

Installation: Here you can copy the embed script to add to your website. If you are not sure how to do this, you may need to reach out to your Web Dev or whoever manages your website.

Chat Widget Configuration: Customize the appearance of your chat, chose your color scheme, and upload your logo so it appears at the top of the chat widget. The mascot bubble will appear as a profile icon each time a message is relayed from your AI CSR.

Chat Widget Preview: View the changes to appearance in real-time and test your widget before adding it to your website.
