The Appointment Simulator lets you preview what appointment windows would be available to customers if they called right now. It's a safe way to test your scheduling configuration without affecting your live system.
How to use the Appointment Simulator:
1. In the Broccoli dashboard, click the Settings dropdown.
2. Select Scheduling.
3. Navigate to the Appointment Simulator section.
4. Click Open Simulator and a simulation pop-up will appear.
5. Choose a Job Type and Business Unit for more accurate results.
6. Set any additional simulation parameters you'd like to test.
7. Click Run Simulation to view the time slots the AI would offer.
Use this tool to quickly validate your setup and ensure customers are being offered the right windows.
