Prerequisites with ServiceTitan
Service Titan has as of now not exposed adaptive capacity to third-party services. At Broccoli we have built our own version of adaptive capacity that mimics service titles adaptive capacity, and it is based on top of adjustable capacity planning because under the hood both of these use technician shifts to manage time.
Ask your CSM: Both ACP (Adaptive Capacity Planning) and ADP (Adaptive Demand Planning) must be enabled - Sometimes ServiceTitan CSM team might say that they are sunsetting ACP and they can only turn on ADP. If you push enough, they will turn both on. All of our customer customers who use ADP have it turned on.

Initial Dashboard Setup
Rule Migration: Copy all existing ServiceTitan ADP rules into Broccoli dashboard with identical UI - To be done by Broccoli CSM
Testing and Validation
Test Broccoli ADP output against ServiceTitan appointments for accuracy matching
Ongoing Management Requirements
Dual System Maintenance
Critical: Customer must manually mirror any ADP rule changes in both ServiceTitan and Broccoli dashboards
Train customer on making identical changes in both systems
