Adjusting Your Hours
You'll want to adjust both your open hours and emergency hours to ensure Broccoli offer's the correct times and fee's.
If Broccoli is connected to your ServiceTitan's ACP or AdCap:
Make sure availability is adjusted correctly on your dispatch board for open hours. Adjust technician shifts, for any additional help, refer to ServiceTitan’s Help Center.
If you are using Broccoli's Priority Booking:
Navigate to the office hours by going to Settings > Scheduling > Availability > Office Hours (or CSR Availability). Adjust the hours to match you open hour availability for the holiday. Remember to change this back after the holiday!
Adjusting your Emergency hours:
Below your office hours, open Emergency Services, and then scroll to the section When are Emergency Services Available?. Extend your emergency hours to cover the Holidays.
Holiday Dispatch Fee's Verbiage
If you are planning on doing emergencies, you can update the AI's dispatch fee to be ready for the holiday. Navigate to Agent Config > AI CSR > Call Flow > Dispatch Fee Value Build.
Under "For your reference:", you can add a prompt for the upcoming Holiday:
If someone approves an appointment for Thursday, November 27, 2025 or Friday, November 28, 2025, it will be $179 as it is a holiday vs the regular service fee.
Here is the template you'd want to fill in:
If someone approves an appointment for DAY OF WEEK, MONTH DAY, YEAR, DAY OF WEEK, MONTH DAY, YEAR, or DAY OF WEEK, MONTH DAY, YEAR it will be <insert_dispatch_fee> as it is a holiday vs the regular service fee.

Use this option if you'd like to continue to offer open hour appointments but at a higher fee.
