The Office Hours setting allows you to define when your office is open and your CSRs are available to return calls. This helps the AI provide accurate information about when a customer can expect a callback.
How to configure Office Hours:
1. In the Broccoli dashboard, click the Settings dropdown.
2. Navigate to Office Hours section.
3. For each day of the week, click and drag on the schedule to highlight the hours your office is open.
4. To remove a time block, click on the block and select Delete.
The AI agent will use this information to communicate realistic expectations to customers—such as "someone will call you back once the office opens at 8 AM."
Note: These are not your service hours. Office Hours refer specifically to the times when your team is available to follow up on customer requests.
