In the Your Account section of your settings you can register your brand under The Campaign Registry (TCR) for 10DLC.

Fill out the Business Legal Details as well as the Texting SMS Setup towards the bottom. Then click on 'Submit TCR Brand Registration.'
*Note: The individual contact email in the Texting/SMS setup is linked to the Support Email Address in the TCR CSP portal. This email needs to be an individual in the business organization. Keywords like 'support' or 'info' will fail.
Checking the status: Blue text means that the registration is still in progress, green text means that the registration is approved!

Why do I need to register my brand? Brand registration is necessary for a few different reasons:
Setting up phone numbers properly on your behalf
10DLC Verification (see below)
Allows you to use outbound SMS/texting features
What is 10DLC? 10DLC verifies your business legitimacy with carriers, boosts message deliverability, and helps protect both your business and your customers from spam and fraud. Some carriers will not allow SMS messages to be sent without 10DLC verification.
