Broccoli’s Membership Agent connects with your ServiceTitan account to identify Active Members who still have a recurring service not yet completed. The agent will then reach out to these customers and offer to schedule the service included with their membership.
The type of membership campaign you run will depend on your business, recurring services, and membership offerings. For an HVAC company, for example:
In the winter, you might run a Heating Tune-Up campaign.
In the summer, you might run an A/C Tune-Up campaign.
For each type of campaign, you’ll create a separate audience that matches the appropriate recurring service.
If your memberships or recurring services are not accurately recorded and tracked in ServiceTitan, it may be better to use the Sales Agent instead. In that case, you can upload a report from ServiceTitan to target the right customers.
The following is an example of a Heating Tune-Up campaign.
Create an Audience
Audience Name: Members Needing Heating Tune-Up
Processing Type: Static
Description: Members who are due for a heating tune-up
Primary Filter: Membership
Membership Status: Active
Customer Type: Residential and/or Commercial
Recurring Service Events: TRUE
Time Period: Select "Date Range" and select the whole year.
Recurring Service Name: Select the specific service (e.g., Heating Tune-Up)
Membership Name: Choose the membership(s) to include
Be sure to select the full year for the Time Period. This ensures Broccoli reviews all members who have signed up during the year, then identifies which of those still have a recurring service due.
Create a Campaign
Campaign Name: Heating Tune-Ups
Start Date: When you want the calls to start.
Campaign Notes: Calling members who are due for their heating tune-up
CC Emails (Optional): Add if team members should receive updates
AI Agent: Membership Agent
Audience: Members Needing Heating Tune-Up
Campaign Schedule: 2 attempts at 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM
